Received his degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Prior to establishing his single practice in Oro Valley area. Dr Walker was Chief of Dentistry in St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from 1973-1977. In that time, he participated in breakthrough research into sickle cell disease, a genetic condition of the blood. Dr Walker cleared more than 3,000 children for surgery at the hospital, allowing them to receive vital treatment.
